We’ve been running the Print Express Haiku Competition, where we looked at haikus following a 5/7/5 syllable structure. We’ve been absolutely inundated with hundreds of incredible, thoughtful entries and it’s taken us a while to judge each of them. Thank you so much to everyone that entered, and know that picking a winner was tough given the high quality of entries we received.
We’re really pleased to say that we’ve selected our winner, and a huge congratulations go to Aimee Rutherford for her haiku:
Found a broken bird;
I fixed its wing then watched as
It stole freedom back.
Congratulations Aimee and thank you again to everyone who entered!
